Welcome to Mr. Chow Liquor Store (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or purchasing from our online store, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website or services.

1. Eligibility & Age Restriction
   

   By placing an order, you confirm that you are 21 years or older and legally allowed to purchase alcohol in Malaysia.

   We reserve the right to request valid identification upon delivery to ensure compliance. Delivery personnel may refuse delivery if age verification cannot be completed.
    

2. Ordering & Payment 
   

   All purchases must be made through our official website or through our authorised customer support channels.

   We accept Credit and Debit Cards, CDM (Cash Deposit Machine), FPX Online Banking, and major e-wallets such as Boost, GrabPay, and Touch ’n Go. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

   Orders are considered confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed.
    

3. Delivery Policy
   

   We provide fast delivery across West Malaysia, including our signature Chow Fast Delivery service for selected Klang Valley areas.

   Delivery times may vary depending on stock availability, delivery location, and order volume. Orders paid before 2PM within applicable areas may be delivered on the same day, with deliveries typically completed between 2PM and 10PM depending on traffic and weather. Orders placed after 2PM will be delivered on the next business day.

   The Chow Fast Delivery service is charged at a flat rate of RM25 and is complimentary for orders above RM1,250. Standard Delivery outside of the Chow Fast service zone is available at a flat rate of RM30 and typically arrives within two to five working days.

   Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery details. Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses may incur additional charges.

   Delivery personnel reserve the right to refuse delivery if the recipient is underage or unable to provide valid ID.
    

4. Refunds & Returns
   

   All sales are final. Products cannot be returned once delivered unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

   Customers must report such issues within 48 hours of receiving the parcel and must provide a complete and uninterrupted unboxing video that records the parcel from unopened condition to full inspection of its contents. Without this, we are unable to investigate or offer compensation.

   Refunds for Stripe card payments will be returned to the original payment method, subject to processing times determined by the customer’s bank (typically five to ten working days). Refunds for bank transfers will be processed within five working days. All refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
    

5. Promotions & Discounts
   

   Promotional codes, vouchers, and discounts may be offered from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own terms, including usage validity, minimum spend requirements, or product exclusions.

   We reserve the right to amend or withdraw any promotional offer without prior notice.
    

6. Product Information
   We make every effort to display accurate product details, including brand, size, alcohol content, and packaging information. Images shown are for illustration purposes and actual packaging may vary. Limited edition or rare products are offered subject to availability.
    
7. Responsible Consumption
   By purchasing from Mr. Chow Liquor Store, you acknowledge your responsibility to consume alcohol safely and in moderation. We uphold responsible drinking practices and do not encourage excessive consumption.
    
8. Limitation of Liability
   

   Mr. Chow Liquor Store shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, possession, or consumption of our products.

   It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all local laws related to alcohol purchasing and consumption.
    

9. Intellectual Property
   All content on our website – including images, branding, product descriptions, graphics, and logos – remains the exclusive property of Mr. Chow Liquor Store. Any reproduction or distribution without written consent is strictly prohibited.
    
10. Governing Law
    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
