What is Chow Fast Delivery?

It’s our 超快 (super fast) delivery for selected areas in Klang Valley only.

You order before 2PM, we send you same day, deliveries may go up to 10PM (depending on traffic and weather conditions); order after 2PM, next business day only.

Sunday & public holiday tak jalan.

Got cut-off time or not?

Got! Must order and pay before 2PM to get same-day.

If after that, will deliver next business day.

Which areas can use Chow Fast Delivery?

Only certain parts of Klang Valley: Ampang, Gombak, Kajang, KL, Klang, PJ, Puchong, Selayang, Serdang, Shah Alam, and Subang Jaya.

If your area not inside, then is Standard Delivery jor.

How fast you all deliver?

Damn fast. Once payment confirmed before 2PM, we pack your bottles and send out to you before end of the day.

Can choose delivery time or not?

Sorry boss, cannot choose exact time. Depends on traffic and rider route. But we try to come ASAP lah.

Delivery runs between 2PM–8PM, depends on rider route & traffic jam.

No promise on exact time. Just make sure someone at home to collect.

How much is Chow Fast Delivery?

Flat rate RM25. But if your order above RM1,250, then we deliver FREE. Geng right?

Can COD or not?

Cannot. Must pay first via online bank transfer. No pay, no chow delivery.

Got how many delivery attempts?

One time only. If nobody home, kena reschedule with extra charge. Don’t play hide and seek with the rider hor.

What if address wrong or incomplete?

If we can’t deliver because your address wrong or incomplete, you have to pay redelivery fee.

So before you confirm, double-check your address properly. One typo = more money and more waiting.

What if no stock after I pay?

No stress. We message you fast, and offer refund or replacement. We won’t take your money and run away one.

What if item spoil or missing?

Must report to us within 2 working days from the day you get your parcel. Just Contact Joyce, or email us.

Important:

  • We only accept order issue if got full unboxing video, from unopened parcel to opening everything inside.
  • No video = no talk.
  • Once you send us the proper video, we’ll check and reply in 2–3 working days.

What if I not at home when you arrive?

We’ll reschedule another day, but got extra delivery charge if need reattempt. So better make sure got someone at home to receive.

Change address can ah?

Can. If change address, got small processing fee.

But you must WhatsApp Joyce ((+60)16-956 2840) or email us at [email protected] before we send out.

Got delay, how?

If got thunderstorm, banjir, or alien invasion, we update you straight. We don’t ghost you.

Where cannot deliver?

Where else got delivery?

Only West Malaysia. No East Malaysia, no overseas. One day (maybe).
