TO THE EYES:

Pale Gold.

TO THE NOSE:

Sweet vanilla and wood spice, smoke and TCP, though restrained, some smoked bacon, with underlying dried fruit added to the mix.

TO THE PALATE:

Very creamy and rich, with a full texture, peppery, spicy, iodine, saline and smokiness. There's also a little green apple fruit.

TO THE END:

Very long and layered, with waves of rich smoke and a peppery conclusion.
