This brilliant 18 Year Old single malt is matured in high proportion of first-fill sherry seasoned European and American oak casks. It pays tribute to Highland Park's 5 keystones of production and presents a sophisticated medley of ripe cherries dusted with bittersweet cocoa, freshly harvested honeycomb and candied orange peel. There’s a whisper of Orkney’s salty seaspray in the aromatic peat smoke.

This award-winning whisky has been carefully crafted at the Highland Park Distillery in Kirkwall, Orkney, since 1798. Age, experience and respect for tradition may define Highland Park whiskies, but it’s Orkney that sets the 18 Year Old Viking Pride apart. TO THE EYES

Clear, bright, burnished gold.

TO THE NOSE

Starts with a peculiar peatiness that transforms into grassier and more floral aromas with notes of honey and baked apples. 

TO THE PALATE

Creamy texture with flavours of cherries, dark chocolate, toffee, marzipan, heather honey, and aromatic peat smoke.

TO THE END

Medium-long finish with toffee and a little salt.
